Maryknoll Affiliates

The first thing you need to do is click on the Register  link under the LOGIN menu where is says "No account yet? Register." (See diagram 1)

Once you click on "Register", you will be brought to the login page. It will look something like Diagram 2 (the diagram below is just an image an cannot be filled in).

You are also now required to complete the "Security Code" at the top of the registration page. There should be a blue box with letters and numbers that must be entered into the Security Code box. This helps prevent automatic registration by spammers and hackers.

Fill in the information as follows:

1. First Name: Enter your first name
2. Last Name: Enter your last name
3. Email address: Enter your email address. This will not be visible to other users. There are secure ways to contact you through the website, but your email will remain hidden. We also need this to confirm your registration and you can use your email address to logon.
4. Username: A username must be one word with no spaces. It can be with upper or lower case letters and numbers.
5. Password: Enter this twice. It must be six characters with no spaces and can have letters, numbers and special characters. Please make sure is is somewhat secure, but that you do not forget it, either.
6. State: Indicate your State, if applicable. This is optional.
7. Country: Indicate your country. This is optional.
8. Choose a Chapter from the drop down menu. We ask all Affiliates to please indicate their Chapter. It also helps us to identify your as a Maryknoll Affiliate.
9. Maryknoll Missioners/Personnel: If you are not a Maryknoll Affiliate, please indicate if you are a Maryknoll Missioner or connected with Maryknoll from this menu.
10. Chapter Contact Person/Coordinator: Please check this box if you are a Chapter Contact Person or Coordinator.

When you have finished, please click on the box that says "Register" at the bottom of the form.

Once you have done so, you should receive an email message automatically confirming your registration and asking you to also confirm your email address. Sometimes there is a delay in this email being sent, so please check your email later. Once you receive the email, please respond by clicking on the appropriate link in the email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please contact us.

When we are notified that you have confirmed your email and registration we will approve the registration and complete the process so that you will be able to login. We will get to this as soon as we can after you confirm your registration. You should receive another automatic email after we have done this.
