If you registered and never received a confirmation email, it could be due to the following:
- You may have not entered your email correctly. If so, obviously the confirmation email would not have gone to the correct email address.
- Your computer or email host may have blocked the email thinking it was spam. If you have a spam filter on your computer, you may be able to check your spam mailbox to see if it was put in there. If it was blocked by the email host, there is not much you can do to retrieve that email.
- Sometimes there are problems with the program that sends the mail on our website host. This may cause a delay or mean that an email is never sent.
In any case, if after a reasonable amount of time (usually within a day) you do not receive a confirmation email please
