Answer
If you forgot your username, click on the "Forgot login?" link in the login menu (see Diagram 1).

You will be brought to a page for lost Usernames and Passwords. You will see two check boxes (see diagram 2). Check "Lost Username".

You will then see a dropdown box to fill in (see diagram 3). Enter your email address, click on the box and your username will be sent to you.
