Congratulations! And thank you for making this year's campaign so successful.
We collected over a hundred thousand pledges for A Million Minutes for Peace celebrated on September 21 , 2010 .... and they're still coming in (for 2011)!
A plaque and CD with the names of all pledgers was presented to Ban Soon-taek, wife of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, at the special observance of the International Day of Peace at the UN. Please accept this replica and the enclosed DVD of the music video on our web site as a token of our appreciation for your efforts.
Because of you, we were able to spread A Million Minutes for Peace to people in over 126 countries, throughout the world.
So, a big THANK YOU to you, our peace partner.
Looking forward ... 2011 marks the anniversary of 9/11 which is followed just ten days later by the International Day of Peace. Being a peace partner has never been more important than now, as we commemorate a day that made us so much more aware of the need for peaceful relations and respect among people of different faiths.
Your organization excels in peace-building. Odyssey Networks is a multi-faith member organization whose forte is media production- quite simply we help tell your stories. Together we can make an even bigger impact next year.
