As part of the their Faith Economy and Ecology campaign, the Maryknoll Office for Global Concerns is encouraging groups such as Maryknoll Affiliate Chapters to participate in the Seal the Deal, The United Nations Campaign for Climate Change Action.
The United Nations is conducting the Seal the Deal Campaign to encourage all nations to support the Climate Change negotiations in Copenhagen in December 2009.
For a Chapter to participate, have a rubber stamp made like the seal in the image or make a poster with the same image. Prepare a long scroll and invite people to sign their names and leave a message if they wish. Take a photo and send it to ogc@maryknoll.org. The photos will be delivered to the UN before the Copenhagen Conference.
