Just a brief alert to invite you to check out the power point on Appreciative Inquiry (A.I.) and to please place our evaluation process on your chapter meeting agenda in October or November.

We have now had a year and a half of experience with our ‘Experimental Model’—Regional Coordinators, a smaller Board, a formation process, one executive coordinator, etc.  The Board has convened an ’Experimental Model Evaluation Committee’ consisting of, Marie Wren, Bay Area, Joe Santos, Western Regional Coordinator/San Diego Chapter, Sr. Ann Hayden, Sisters’ CLT, Catherine Endicott, Seattle Chapter, Ann Carr, Board chair/ Phila Chapter, Betty Begley, Board member/NJ chapter to develop our evaluation process and collate input.

We will be using ‘Appreciative Inquiry’ as our methodology.  Ann Carr has developed a PowerPoint available on our Affiliate web site.

Those at the Affiliate Conference will hear more about ‘A.I.’

The committee asks that each Affiliate Chapter keep space on their meeting agenda in October or November.  We’ll be in touch with further information and count on your engagement and your input.

Much more to come…
