A holy Advent and a blessed Christmas for all of us.
We, of the Wednesday Eucharistic Adoration Sisters, continue praying for you and for all our Maryknoll family here in US and overseas, that is; Fathers, Brothers, Sisters, Lay Missioners, Full Circle members, all those who work with us, and all the people who touch our lives.
Since last year, we have three more Adoration Sisters praying for us in Heaven: Sr. Virginia (Ginny) Stivens, Sr. Nancy Donovan and Sr. Miriam Regis Boudreau, the latter Sister joined the Adoration group from the beginning in 2011 and never missed a Wednesday until a few months before her death when a fall incapacitated her.
We enjoy your letters, notes, Mission Reports, Christmas letters, etc. They help us to focus our prayers for you. Your requests for special prayers are always welcome and shared with the group in our Prayer Request list.
Remember, I cannot use e-mail, so please use P.O. mail or use a friendly carrier coming this way. As you know, there is no "time" with God. As soon as you write your request, you receive our prayers.
A favorite Bible quote of mine is from the Book of Daniel, Chapter 10, Verse 12, "Fear not, Daniel, from the first day you made up your mind to acquire understanding and humble yourself before God your prayers were heard."
