Maryknoll Affiliates

The Maryknoll Affiliate Movement is not the sending branch of the Maryknoll family. However, there are some short-term opportunities through the other Maryknoll entities. Affiliates learn about some of these opportunities through the Maryknoll Affiliate newsletter, Not So Far Afield or our website.

The Maryknoll Affiliate Chapter can serve as a sending and receiving community for Affiliates providing short-term service. A Chapter can be of emotional support before someone leaves and be there to listen to a persons story when they return, whether they go with a Maryknoll program or through some other organization.

Anyone interested in longer service should look into the Maryknoll Lay Missioners, Fathers and Brother or Sisters.
